This is a custom piece done for a customer in solid red oak. The cross arm can disassemble from the main back of the chair to ease with transportation. In this instance, the hole provides multiple attachment points, but other variations are possible. This specific chair has been sold, but the Kinky Elf always has the ability to custom construct one and finish it with your choice of paint, stain, varnish or the the Elf’s custom shou sugi ban finish.
